I'm looking for a rigger in Marina Del Rey. I want to put a headsail roller
furler on my K38, Sea Wing. Does anyone in the group have any suggestions- I'm
looking for good, reliable and experienced with references. Thanks. Robin
I am thinking about installing a roller furler on my K38 "Sea Wing"- I would
like some feed back on this furler. I am told it can be installed without a
rigger and the price is reasonable (under $1500)is it too good to be true??
Thx- Robin

I am refurbishing K38 #40- Sea Wing. I am trying to match the color of stain on the house. I was told by the former owner that it was a Chris Craft stain. Does anyone know where I can find it in the Los Angeles area?? Also I am looking for an angled bronze dock line chock (for the bow lines). Thanks- Robin

Koan our K41 has been sold to a new owner from Olympia WA. I'm sure he'll introduce himself on the site. For us, it was a wonderful 15 year love affair. Our next challenge will be not to compare her successor when we find one [we need a shallow draft boat]. Best wishes to all. Ken & Wendy Pepperdine

I'm doing a major renovation of my K38- I am changing out my Depth and Knotlogs
while
she is on the hard. The knotmeter has a through hull which I will replace. My
question is
regarding my Depth sounder. The one that is installed has no through hull but
seems to
be mounted inside the hull. On the outside of the hull there is a small 6"x8"
wooden block
that corresponds to the location of the depth transducer. Before I open this
can of worms
is anyone in the familar with this type of installation and are these type of
transducers still
available?? Thanks for your help.
