This list is NOT meant for agency's, agency reps, or facilitators. And it is not meant for people just getting general Russian Adoption information who have not committed to traveling to Kemerovo. There are wonderful groups for general Adoption information. We'd be glad to point you to a few. This list is not meant for students studying International Adoption or for people soliciting sales of Russian Items.
