Description
Dunia sastera menghadapi evolusinya. Sementelahan orang tidak faham bahawa sastera sebagai mekanisme kehidupan yang telah wujud semenjak manusia dilahir di dunia. Ia lahir bersama tangisan pertama bayi. Ia wujud terus hinggalah pada satu tahap kita sudah boleh berkata-kata dengan baik, mendengar suara merdu alam, menikmati makna setiap kata berdasarkan acuan yang dia ada, semua ini menjadi pengalaman dan menyebabkan dia bermakna dalam kehidupannya dan kehidupan manusia yang lain malah semakin ia matang dan dewasa, fikiran dan tingkahlakunya menjadi cermin orang lain dan masyarakat yang besar. Kini mereka menjadi pemimpin bangsanya, agama dan negaranya. Namun sastera diberikan jenama yang lain yang dikeluarkan daripada jati diri seseorang hingga sastera itu sendiri telah mati. Satu kesedihan dan elegi ini untuk kita semua.Tapi benarkah ia telah mati? Selagi kita masih boleh berkata-kata dengan indah, selagi kita masih menikmati makna falsafah kemanusiaan dan selagi kita bahagia menjadi insan yang berfikir, sastera tetap hidup.
