This group is meant to learn, teach and disscus the divine language Sanskrit. Because Sanskrit is the anticent language of India and the back bone of the indian culture. Till 1400 AD sanskrit was the common and official language india. Kalidasa, Bhasa, Varahamihira, Panini, Aryabhatta, Bhaskara and others were prominent Sanskrit authors. There are many Sanskrit schools, Patasalas, colleges and universities in India. In the past 2 centuries Sanskrit has spread all over the world particularly in western countries. Kalidasa-Samskrita-Kendram is a Trust started in 1990 to teach and serve the divine language Sanskrit languge all around the world.
