This is a group of like minded individuals that will be exploring the laws as it pretains to animals in KY and across the USA as it may impact KY. We hope to be able to shed some light on some of the lesser known aspects of these same laws. Animal Rights legislation is spreading KY must be ever vigilant to make sure that your rights are defended. The right to own, breed, and rescue pets. We will be discusing how to fight bills or laws negatively affecting pets of all kinds, dogs, cats, birds, small mammals, reptiles, and all others. We'll talk mainly about state and local legislation, lawmaking, and lawfighting practices and methods and such ideas as breed bans, mandatory spay and neuter,breeder registration, and licensing.
