Some people are kite buyers. They enjoy flying the kites they buy. This is good.

Other people are kite designers. They design the kites that are sold to the above people. This is good.

Some people like to make their own kites as a hobby. They like to get together with others with the same interest and share what they learn, and discover.

I fit into the latter group. I do not really like to fly kites for the sake of flying kites. I enjoy the process of researching, planning, building, solving problems, and I do like to fly to see how my latest creation does fly.

I also enjoy getting together with people with similar interests to share ideas, projects, materials, resources, tips, techniques, etc.

So, I am putting together this site for people that think along the same lines that I do so we can have a place to do the sharing of our projects, activities, etc.

If you would include yourself in this group, feel free to join in, and be an active participant. We really do not need people that just come to read what others have to say. We DO need everyone to take an active part is sharing.
