If you are looking for support in your virtual school adventure, this is the place to go! This board is not run by Utah Online Academy or K12 officials - it is a place for parents to discuss topics, issues, tips, and share ideas for making things better in a virtual school environment - outside of the public school mindset.

Some of these topics and issues may not apply to everyone, if there is something that does not appeal to you, please do not start an argument over it. This board is also open to homeschoolers and parents from other virtual schools who want to integrate social activities in an inclusive manner. We welcome diversity and ask all to be tolerant of the individual right to choose ones own religion and home education methods, and the right to be passionate about it.

Valid solicitations that apply to homeschooling or home education are permitted - for example, homeschool field trips, homeschool tutoring, classes, workshops, etc. ONE REMINDER EVERY 10-14 DAYS per event. Replies and discussions about the event do not count as the reminder post.

SPAMMERS will not be tolerated - when you ask to join this group, please do not leave the comments box blank or we will assume you are a spammer and deny the request to join. Put something like "I am interested in K12" or "I want to learn about activities" so we know you are valid.
