My family in Phoenix Arizona needs help desperately to bring to justice a drunk, lying corrupt cop by the name of Warren Poole #5011.
He almost killed my nephew Luciano Arriaga, Jr. AKA Louie in Feb 6, 2002.
He racially profiled Louie and said he ran a stop sign then beat him up applied 2 carotid holds on him, maced him twice and kept slamming his head on the gravel while trying to drag him to concrete so he could finish the job, before he almost put a bullet in the back of his head.
Louie is not a drunk, drug user, or criminal, his papers were in order. The dirty cop just profiled him. He was enraged because he was just finished being disciplined due to a drunk charge he had. So Louie gets in his way one morning while en route to breakfast with a friend. Louie defended himself while he had this 200 pound cop on top of him, Louie weighs 140 pounds. Louie was almost unconscious when he saw a stick on the ground and awkwardly tried to raise it to get the cop off him. He hit the cop's head and all went bad after that. Louie had 3 trials and served 2 years in prison. 3 appeals judges freed him because his rights were violated. Louie spent one year almost free with his family then they decided to trial him again this time because of Jury tampering: Louie got another guilty verdict and is now At the Phoenix County Jail again.
They want for Louie to APOLOGIZE in person to the cop #5011, and want him to compensate the cop $10,000, drop the claim of self defense, and drop all lawsuits he filed.
But Louie is innocent, he won't do it!
