Welcome to the "Jewish Views" list.

Thank you for your interest in “things Jewish," with special focus on discussing current events and personages surrounding and affecting the Nation of Israel. We also discuss issues pertaining to Diaspora and world events affecting the Jewish people.

This group will emphasize a personal attitude of those of you interested in a people and a nation. Your views and opinions are most important on the issues we will discuss. All comments and discussion of any articles posted should include the source where your information originated and might include explanatory notes with as much information as you feel comfortable supplying.

Please, no flaming of others or their views. Derogatory remarks toward the Jewish people, their religion, or Israel will be not be allowed. No proselytizing or evangelizing will be tolerated; nor will bickering amongst you, the members and/or owners of the list be tolerated.

We are the Moderators, Joni Ferris and Steve Klein and though we consider this list belonging to all the members as users, authority rests with the owner and her appointed moderator.
