List for people interested in ancestors that were members of the Jamesfork Church and Cemetery.
For discussion of relationships of members as well as preservation and maintenance.
The Jamesfork Church, founded in the early 1880s, has since moved from it's original location but the cemetery still stands. Many fieldstones mark resting places of unknown members. It would be of interest to find the names of these forgotten people and place a small plaque over their grave in memory of them
History regarding the Peoria area (now regarded as Mansfield but Hartford prior to it's renaming!)where the Jamesfork Cemetery is located, and the surrounding area, will also be discussed.
