"James River Orienteering Club" is set up to promote the sport of orienteering and all navigation sports in southeastern Virginia, from Richmond to Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.

Orienteering is the sport of navigation, using a map and compass to navigate to checkpoints marked on your map. Traveling through the woods, on and off trail to find your way. Whether out for a leisurely hike or a competitive run, there's a challenge for you in orienteering.
