A free group for Jewish people in the Palm Beach County, Florida area (around West Palm Beach) who are homeschooling their children or interested in homeschooling them.

This is a place for Jews (whether Conservative, Orthodox, Reform, Unaffiliated, etc.) to discuss curriculum options, holiday celebrations, homeschooling laws, daily homeschooling life, etc. This is a place to compare notes on local events and attractions. This is a place to make new friends.

Religious ideas and practices will be discussed here; flaming, or lashon hara, is *not* permitted.

Home is where all education begins!

Note: This group began because a local mom found it difficult to find local homeschooling groups that are not oriented towards some other religious group. Even those that claim to be "all-inclusive" seem to assume that group members wish to celebrate certain religious holidays and such. And while she's found a few, very few, Jews who are homeschooling or interested in it, they seem to have no local community.
