they have tig welding classes at most community colleges. also some welding suppley companies have classes but might cost more. as for tank design you should

Has anyone fully constructed & welded a custom aluminum gas tank? Looking for advice on construction materials, design and welding. I've welded steel before

well it was on dyno and made 465 hp and 480ft of torque at the wheels with around 6 pounds of boost. thats with a 302 with factory heads and is not stroked. a
