We live in a world where everything is getting faster. More can be done with less efforts and less time. It is supposed to create more wealth and conveniences so we could enjoy life better. Instead, we are pushed into deadlines and full of stress.
More gadgets and conveniences? Yes! Better quality of life? Depends!
In the midst of this modern rush, the words of Jesus stands out and beckons us: "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God!" (Matthew 4:4).
Dear reader, slow down and find some food for your soul. God's word will give you strength and rest for the inner being. As the theme (Isaiah 55) says, make time to feed on what wealth cannot give you. Keep coming to this group as you will find timely words to enhance your perspective in life --- you will be amazed at how relevant Scripture is for all time. God Bless!
He that overcometh.... This must be very urgent in the mind of Christ, for His Spirit urges all the Seven Churches to 'overcome' and attached rewards with it.
Let The LORD our G-d JESUS CHRIST be exalted! The LORD lives! Exalted be G-d our Savior JESUS CHRIST and His Holy Name, who is the Sovereign LORD, Almighty G-d
