This is a list for people who are raising puppies that will serve as Assistance Dogs. This includes (Guide Dogs, Service Dogs, Hearing Dogs, Seizure Response Dogs, etc.) Membership is open to all active puppy raisers. We also welcome the self-trainer who is raising a puppy to serve as his or her own Assistance Dog.
Staff members of Assistance Dog organizations are eligible for membership if they are currently raising a puppy full-time. In the interest of fairness, we ask that staff members identify themselves as such and agree to maintain confidentiality.
The basic criterion for membership in this list is that you be a puppy raiser. However, keep in mind that all subscription approvals rest with the list administrator.
