I have a friend who wants to buy digital designs for the PDF file and then
resize the PDF design to the size she wants it, then print it out on thin paper
and pinning it to her quilt. She then wants to quilt over the paper. She did
some checking with some of the on-line design companies I sent her and was told
that if she buys a digital design that does not give her the right to resize the
PDF file. For the life of us we don't understand this. I can buy a design, put
it in my quilting system and resize it until the cows come home, as many times
as I want. Why oh why is it different with the PDF file? I never thought of
resizing the PDF file until my friend came up with it. This sounds like a great
source of additional revenue for digital design companies. What am I missing
here?
