We advocate Instant Runoff Voting (IRV) in Texas. We need genuine democracy in Texas, both for statewide races and for local races. IRV will get it for us. Currently, we're especially interested in the city of Austin, because the political ground seems to be fertile for such a measure; but we desire and will work for IRV everywhere in Texas.
