Description
Indian Comics Irregular is an intermittent newsletter on Indians, comics, and Indians in comics. It explores the issues at the intersection of pop culture and Indian country.
The subject matter ranges from media violence to racial stereotyping to depictions of Native Americans in the popular media. Messages are sent 1-3 times a month and are kept short to respect people's time.
ICI is published as a companion to PEACE PARTY, a multicultural comic book featuring Native Americans. For more information, visit the PEACE PARTY website at http://www.bluecorncomics.com.
