We need outstanding writers to join us - with the aim of writing
articles which will become part of a series of publications to be
disseminated widely across India. We aim to issue the first such
monograph/journal within the next six months.

Policy debates (if any) will continue on this group for the moment.
This group will also be used as a broader forum for communication.
