Dear Friends

I took a chance and searched for this group on Yahoo, and lo and
behold! I find that it still exists! This must be due to Sarfy's keen
interest (I assume he is still the main moderator of this group).

I've contacted some of you already recently regarding this
information, but for those whom I haven't contacted, I'd like to
inform that my book entitled "Breaking Free of Nehru" is now
available at http://www.sabhlokcity.com/breakingfree.html

It covers virtually all underlying reasons that drove me to initially
kickstart a "Victory of India" party in February 1998 that morphed
into a mailing list "india_policy" which morphed into the India
Policy Institute, of which this is now the only remaining trace.

For those who joined this group recently, and are curious, I'd also
like to provide a link to the archives of the IPI mailing list that
was the precursor of this group at

While I signed off this group about 2 years ago, I'm now in a
position to remain a member of this group for some time primarily to
listen in to the discussions/ debates.
