Thanks for all those that have signed up to volunteer so far to spend the day with us at the Races.  Each volunteer will have a chance to win $100.  Each shift earns $25 for the person to contribute to their chapter or if an individual work four shifts over the summer can choose to apply the money to a room night at a GA.

 

I would appreciate if you can forward this email to your chapter members.  Please contact me as soon as possible if you or your chapter members can volunteer at these races.

 

The race schedule is:

Friday July 10th is the Dollar General 300 powered by Coca-Cola. 

Saturday July 11th is Nascar Sprint Cup Series: Lifelock.com 400Nascar Sprint Cup Series:

 

We still need another 20 or so volunteers for our Speedway fundraiser Friday July 10th and Saturday July 11th.  We still have openings in LEVY Hospitality Suites and parking.

 

Volunteers interested in helping out at the Levy Suites are required to take the online alcohol training and easy test.  (Instructions are below)  We are anticipating a current start time of around 9am and finish at 8pm or so. 

 

Parking Volunteers for  have a shorter day. Start time is around 9:45am and should be  finished around 6pm. 

 

We do have places to stay if you are driving in for the event.

 

Please email me that you would like to volunteer and if you have a preference of assignment.  I will try to accommodate first choice but will give preference to those that who are interested in working LEVY for those that take the online test first.

LEVY ONLINE TRAINING and TEST Instructions.
 
The process is simple, go to our web site at www.regcomplianceusa.com, and click the on-line Training Test on the left hand column of the home page.  Enter your establishment’s password (password for your location listed below).

**Please Note** At the end of your online training session there is an area where you can enter your supervisors email address of  jaycees69@...  You must enter this email address before moving on to the next screen.  Once you pass this screen you may not hit the back button and re-enter any additional information.  You do not have to fill out the work history at all. The required information is the top portion which asks for name and other information. We also do not need your social security number, you can type in all 0’s for that section.
 
If you have issues opening the online training window please try the following:
Go to the Tools menu on your browser and turn off pop up blocker
If you have more than 1 search browser (Yahoo or Google) you must go to that search bar (toolbar) and also make sure that pop up blocker is off there as well.   If you have Norton Anti-Virus you must disable this function while taking the online training b/c that too has a pop-up blocker built in.
AOL USERS:  Must look to the bottom right of your screen to turn off pop-up blockers.
