Hi Carol, Congradulations on first Tammy!. It,s real easy.Just get along craft needle. Thier about 8 inches long. There is a reroot viideo on youtube. They use a Sindy head. I believe there is several options. Once you get in the reroot swing. It's fun and easy. And welcome to our group.                                                     Priscilla.
