This group is meant for the batch of 1982 (the best batch to have walked through the portals of the great University), Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.

Through this forum, the batch members can remember and revisit their exciting days in IT BHU Varanasi, including La-Be-La, Sindhi, Lanka-ting and all other places visited during the stay at Varanasi.

Most of us would also not have forgotten Dr. R. K. Asthana, more for his "Bronowski" and some non-English skills.

For those that could not make it, the gathering for silver jubilee celebration of our passing out, was attended by almost 105 alumni / batchmates, and their families. From 24th to 27th December 2007 (Parimal Das reached on 23rd Dec), we were drunk on the wine of bonhomie, togetherness, reminiscences and the feel-good-feel-young factors. Our better halves also enjoyed to the hilt.

Look forward now to the 30th anniversary of our graduation - in the year of the lord 2012.
