IMPACT is a California statewide all-volunteer, non-profit organization of parents, teachers and professionals serving deaf and hard-of-hearing children. We were originally established in 1986 by 12 parents.

As parents, we’ve been there. You are not alone. We want to support one another by sharing our own experiences and seeking the benefit from others’ experiences. By joining the group you agree respect other families choices.
