Any IIT alumni or anyone studying in IIT can join up.

Any potential recruiter or HR consultant can also join. He would get direct access to thousands of IIT graduates through this list.

All that an alumni needs to do is to provide the details of the IIT he has passed out from or is studying in along with his year of passing, the details of the degree (eg. BTech) and the department he was in.
