The mission of the Independent Coalition On Public Education in New York City (ICOPE) is to bring about the creation of a human rights-based public education system in New York City.

In our files sections are documents and date pertaining to NYS and NYC Public Education and documents and data assisting parent and family advocates in our mission to provide universal human rights to the children of NYC's Public school system.
