Hall costume awards that come straight from the convention are often printed by the same printer as the other convention ribbons, like the staff ribbons, art

Hodges Badge in Rhode Island is frequently used by conventions. They do lots of ribbons. For smaller runs somewhere else might be more appropriate. Try
