March 11 is the absolutely latest we can have the mandated 15 days discussion
and 15 days voting periods for new business, but I'd prefer earlier if possible.

Please bring up any business that the BOD can manage.  

The annual meeting could be shorter, & we all spend more time socializing &/or
last-minute costuming at Costume-Con. :)
