We are a naturalistic humanist group meeting
at the DuPage Unitarian Church, which is an affiliate of the American Humanist Association. We sponsor monthly meetings called "Humanist Discussion Group", usually on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, but we make a few adjustments. We were established on Oct. 14th 1999, and have become a Membership Chapter of the AHA in November of 2002. This list is primarily for people in the Chapter and those interested in it. All topics and concerns are welcome, especially in the context of our naturalistic humanism. Also, this list will be a vehicle for communicating to the participants about the group, our meetings, and other issues of interest. We will attempt to foster a sense of community for all of us. jfs
