"Greetings fellow Klingons!" Welcome to HomeWorld. We're a non-military branch of the Klingon Assault Group, and direct Civilian adjunct to the Klingon Imperial Diplomatic Corps. This concept is for the development of Guilds, Orders and Government based on the Klingon HomeWorld. This is for ANY member of Klingon fandom, UNIFORMED OR NOT!

This concept is for a more NON-military aspect of Klingon Culture.
