If you are looking for a group of girlfriends to hang out with and discuss your pregnancy and upcoming homebirth, this is the list for you! This list is for WOMEN (only) who are pregnant or trying to conceive and are planning (or interested in) a homebirth.

Please be forewarned that this can be a high volume friendly list with posts often revolving around the family life of subscribers.

Discussions are varied and can include issues such as: homebirth preparation, how to find a midwife, natural health alternatives for pregnancy, labor and childbirth, waterbirth, your husband's concerns, how to answer those who question your decision, and siblings attending the birth, for example.

Discussions may span many aspects of pregnancy, labor and childbirth and are not limited to these topics and we are tolerant of off-topic posts, as well.

Due to the personal nature of many discussions, membership is restricted to women only, and to ensure our members' privacy, all new subscribers will be asked to post an intro to the list before joining.
