Welcome to another year at Hogwarts, Wooster! I hope you have all had plenty of time to get your heads nice and empty since last year, and I'm sure we all look forward to filling them up again. Some of you will be taking your OWLs this year, so look sharp and be prepared.

I would like to remind you that the forbidden forest is off limits to all. Please see Mr. Filch for a list of prohibited items. Also, the upstairs Northeast quadrant is off limits to all who do not wish to die a very painful death.
