Access Weather Permitting to the RECREATIONAL SUBDIVISION and Maintenance of the Original Gravel Roads are required by the 1980 Covenants. 28 years have elapsed and many of the "DIRT" roads have NOT been UPGRADED with Gravel Base leaves many questions. Where 28 years of assessments have gone and WHY many other improvements for SOME but not all have been funded ? Access Weather Permitting on the Original Dirt Roads needs to be properly and fully EXPLAINED. I assure you MUCH MONEY has been diverted to other things NOT contemplated by the RECREATIONAL SUBDIVISION ROAD Maintenance MISSION of the 1980 Covenants. WHY the question is WHY ???
