A friendly and supportive group for those who have adopted children from either
Hepu Children's Welfare Institute (children with the surname of Guo) or
Hepu Social Welfare Institute (surname of Qin) in Hepu, Guangxi, PR China.
There are two distinct orphanages in Hepu. The CWI is a facility only for children. The SWI is much larger and houses an orphanage and facilities for the elderly.
