Oregon only has a few areas that allow open range, everywhere else is fence em in. and those areas that are open range, have to be fenced in some way to keep

I thought free range was fairly common but then I live here in Colo. so that's what we're used to. It's also the law in Wyoming and Nebraska, and I'm guessing
