*2 Palestinians Killed within 'Green Line' in 2 Days*
A second Palestinian from 48 Palestine (within the `green line') was killed
today by Israeli border police in cold blood. Nasser Baqi'an was shot dead at
Shokin junction in al-Naqab this morning. Another Palestinian was also shot
dead for looking suspicious to Israeli police in al-Taybeh yesterday.

*Hebron: 4 Residents Arrested*
The Israeli army arrested at least 4 residents during a campaign of home raids
and searches, south of Hebron.

*Military Reinforcements in `Gosh Qatif' Settlements*
Military reinforcements were carried out in `Gosh Qatif' settlements today.
Israeli armored vehicles were seen heading towards the settlement through what
is referred to as `Kisofim' road during the closure of Salah al-Din Street for
15 minutes.

*Khan Younis: Tuffah Military Roadblock Closed*
The Israeli army closed al-Tufffah military roadblock that leads to al-Mawasi
area, west of Khan Younis for anyone under the age of 30. Several people were
unable to return to their homes.

*Ramallah: Head of Detainee Center Arrested*
The Israeli army arrested Isam Faroukh, head of the Palestinian Detainee Center
(Nadi al-Asir) in Ramallah this morning. Several Israeli soldiers disguised in
civilian clothes besieged Faroukh's home and spread throughout the area of Ein
Misbah. Faroukh's wife, daughter and father were forced to evacuate their home
and wait in a neighboring building under the threat of weapons.
Israeli soldiers threatened to blow up the home if Faroukh did not hand himself
over.

*Tulkarem: Ongoing Israeli Attacks against Civilians*
The resident Hamdi Bishara (30 years old) was hit with live ammunition in the
leg today fired by Israeli soldiers during a military invasion of the city.
The Israeli army invaded the City of Tulkarem at 5:00 am, and opened fire
randomly towards homes and shops, mainly in the southern quarter of the city.
The area continues to be completely closed and residents prevented from
reaching the city from the southern villages and al-Kafriyat area.
Irath suburb continues to be placed under curfew for the third day running. All
entrances are closed.
A military roadblock was set up at the entrance of Qifin Village, north of
Tulkarem, while Raas al-Rummana gate leading to Qifin and Baqa villages was
closed.
