This group is for those of us who find that we desire to feed our families well, but have very little time to plan and make those healthy meals! I try and use no artifical ingredients, preservatives, or additives here at home. I am a mom of nine, with seven kids still living home. I homeschool four children, two of whom have disabilities. My time is severely limited! But cooking from scratch is something I enjoy, and want to do for my family. I LOVE my crockpot!
