Has anyone else noticed the lot at 326 East Cottage that was recently clearcut by the developer? Every tree has been removed to make way for two 3-story homes...

I would imagine it went before the boards before they did it, but perhaps not. Is it in the historice district or is the lot being split?...

The lot is being subdivided, and the builder removed the trees without first submitting a landscaping/removal plan. It's clearly in violation of the ordinance...
