Welcome to the "Continuum of Care" Homeless Support Group

This ListGrp addresses the practical use of HUD, HHS, DOJ, DOL, DOT, DOC, DOE and other Federal, State, County, City, Foundation, Corporate, and Private Funding programs for coalition building and collaborative community development through the HUD Continuum of Care.

This is a Technical Assistance Community with a special focus on creative solutions and resources for Homelessness, Affordable Housing and HealthCare
