The SWRND covers all concerns of cycling -- commuting, recreational, and shopping -- in Surrey, White Rock and North Delta as well as connections to surrounding municipalities.

Some of our main concerns include:

- Establishing Bicycle Advisory Committees in White Rock.
- Reactivating the Bicycle Advisory Committee in Surrey.
- Development of links from and through the White Rock, North Delta and Surrey to Coquitlam, Langley, New Westminster, Ladner and Richmond.
- Ensure that government bodies continue to properly maintain existing cycling routes.

HUB was formed to present a clear voice for transportation cycling in Metro Vancouver. HUB is comprised of concerned cyclists from various municipalities in the Metro Vancouver.

HUB will represent the basic community need for sustainable and appropriate urban transportation. The objectives of HUB will be consistent with the Liveable Region Strategic Plan and consistent with cities that have aspirations to be the model for progressive urban development in the 21st Century. A specific set of values guide the actions of HUB.
