Description

The Inklings Roundtable of Houston

Dedicated to the works of CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien, Charles Williams and their contemporaries. In Honor of similar round tables conducted at Oxford by the authors during their creative years.

Mission Statement

To Promote education of the historical context of Tolkien, Lewis, Williams and others:

The authors themselves.
The historical and mythological antecedents of their work.
The back-story of each universe.

Discuss the various worlds of the authors as expressed in literature, film, and the visual arts.
To conduct themed events for the purpose of entertainment and education.
