MEMBER AGREEMENTS

1. Members of the Harbour Lake Owners Group on Yahoo state that they are current DEEDED owners at Marriott's Harbour Lake in Orlando, Florida and agree that if they sell such ownership at said resort they will remove their membership from the Harbour Lake Owners Group on Yahoo.

2. Members of the Harbour Lake Owners Group on Yahoo agree not to allow non-owners of Marriott's Harbour Lake access to this News Group or any of the email addresses of this News Group for any purpose.

3. Members of the Harbour Lake Owners Group on Yahoo agree that this News Group is to be used only for communicating with owners of Marriott's Harbour Lake to be helpful with vacations concerning such ownership and for giving helpful suggestions for the day-to-day business of said resort.

4. Ads for rentals and sales are to be confined to the Database folders created for that specific purpose.

a. Members of the Harbour Lake Owners Group on Yahoo agree that messages posted on the site shall not contain advertisements or solicitations of any kind.

b. Members of the Harbour Lake Owners Group on Yahoo agree not to mention any pertinent information of a possible rental/sale/exchange on the Message Board.

c. Members of the Harbour Lake Owners Group on Yahoo who, in the opinion of the Moderators, violate any of the stipulations above are subject to immediate termination of their membership in the Harbour Lake Owners Group.

5. To limit chatter on the Message Board, posts should be of interest to the whole group. Polls can be created to deal with Condominium Owner's Association (COA) issues by emailing a Moderator.

6. Members of the Harbour Lake Owners Group on Yahoo understand this is a private effort and not endorsed by Marriott's Harbour Lake Management, its Board or MVCI.
