The Gulf Coast Sound Drum & Bugle Corps (based in Houston, TX) is now in it's fifth year. In 2002 and 2003 we experimented with the concept of an indoor Drum & Bugle Corps. The general idea was to combine an indoor Winter Guard with the awesome power and passion of a Drum & Bugle Corps. The result is a 'Winter Corps.' It worked out extremely well and has acted as a spring-board for the Corps to transition into a full fledged Drum & Bugle Corps.

In 2004, 2005, & 2006 GCS competed in DCA South, DCM, and DCA. We had 3 very succesful seasons, accomplishing all of our stated goals, and growing the Corps into a true DCA Class A contender.

The motto for 2007 is: "Unfinished Business"
