The oldest house in Camden County, New Jersey (circa 1693), the Griffith Morgan House is a sandstone and brick colonial home standing beside spot where Pennsauken Creek flows into the Delaware River. Preserved and restored with care by the Griffith Morgan Committee, the house is a resource for its community, a symbol of our historic heritage, and a venue for fun and learning through the regularly scheduled open house events, field trips for schools and other community groups, and private showings by appointment. The all-volunteer, open-membership Committee carries on its mission of preservation, restoration, research and interpretation throughout the year in its meetings, projects and public events.
