Promoting health and happiness of body, mind, and spirit for all living beings.

Mostly San Diego area but other area events welcomed. This is generally not a discussion group site, however it is an opportunity for us to respectfully share information, reflect on world affairs, and stay connected with what is happening in our community and with each other.

When posting announcements, please be sure to allow at least a few days advance notice for events; please make sure that the subject header is clear & concise and that regular words in the subject header text are NOT in all CAPS lest we be SHOUTING at each other; that message text is neat & readable with minimal "bells & whistles"; and all contact information is included in postings. Please remember to stay within the parameters of this group's intentions and please be mindful of NOT spamming each other with constantly repeated messages.
