This group is for discussion of matters relevant to grand juries, including history, convening, conduct, training, analysis of complaints, access, jurisdiction, procedures, abuses of and by, public and private prosecutions, reporting, and ideas for reform. It includes discussion of how grand juries can investigate public issues other than just criminal matters.
