Another point people should keep in mind when evaluating travel close to the river is river flow. Five feet up or down can make a route "easy" -- "difficult"...
As a general rule,the level(cfs) of the Colo.River can make a huge difference on hiking beside it;on this non-route it made no difference as one was done...
