Jesus taught the coming of the kingdom of God’s justice in which the first would be last and the last would be first; in which the poor would be defended and their oppressors crushed. The hungry would be fed and the rich sent away empty.

This kingdom of justice of course can be seen theologically as being purely on the other side of history, after the second coming of Christ or the last judgement. Thus it can be ignored. Yet the prophets stated that God demands justice now and Jesus said that the kingdom was both near and
present. Therefore the kingdom must be pursued and be the subject of struggle.

What is the nature of this kingdom of justice? What political, economic, and social forms will the kingdom take? Will the kingdom have the nature
of a capitalist liberal democracy, a totalitarian theocracy, egalitarian socialism, or some other form. These will be viewed as childish questions
to those who believe the kingdom to be a heaven of golden harps and angels. But Jesus, Mary, and the prophets said that the kingdom would be
on earth so earthly questions must be asked

The answer is that the kingdom of God lays in the direction of Socialism. The peoples of Christianity, Judaism, Islam and other faiths need to think about socialism in order to think more clearly about God, justice, and the kingdom. The reverse of this is that Socialists need to rethink about their positions about God and religion if they want to seriously challenge capitalism.

This is the site in which persons of all faiths can about God and the kingdom of justice in the light of the ideas of socialism. It is a place in
which socialists can think about socialism in the light of God and religious faith. Both groups will benefit. The only rule to this discussion is that others be treated with respect.
