This group was created as a means of connecting families with GIFTED CHILDREN IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY who are HOMESCHOOLING their children or exploring that option.

This is a private list, meaning that only approved individuals will be able to post and have access to the archives, file sections, etc. Posts should be kept generally ON-topic. If you need to post something that is OFF the topics of homeschooling/parenting gifted children *in our area* (such as garage sales, kittens needing homes, etc.), PLEASE be sure to start your subject line with "OT:" - THANKS!

However, commercial enterprises with programs and services of obvious potential interest to gifted homeschoolers in our area are welcome to post information regarding their program/service no more than twice per month. We welcome these types of commercial posts so long as they relate specifically to homeschooling and/or gifted children. For example, we'd love to hear about a French tutoring program, fencing classes, computer programming mentoring, or an art program being offered in the area but NOT about your tax prep service or restaurant. Please clearly identify yourself in the signature line of your commercial post (no need to pretend you're just a parent making a recommendation), and PLEASE be sure to put "COM:" at the beginning of your subject line.
