James & Jeras "SECRET"

Commentary:

> THE SECRETE for back to the land investments are
> many fold.

> 1 - avoid fat cat bait & focus on fat cat use of
> personal investments to set up the bait. Most fat
cats invest in old homesteaded tracks of land, farms
& ranches for a minimal amount of back tax owed, we
the people can do the same.

X-X-X-X-"IF",I am not mistaken, here in SD
County,Calif:One must make a payment to obtain the
information necessary to make a bid,and all the other
details of the Auction?

> 2 - search out your roots, wherever you come from,
> say 3 or four generations ago, there is bound to be
land attached, learn to establish a family estate,
often times one can be arranged by simply keeping up
the taxes, before the land holdings are lost to the
> government or the fat cats.

x-x-x-x-My ancestors are from(in this
country):Indiana(farmers)and Wisconsin(Industrial
workers).Back tax sales there, are few and far
between, and not cheap(taxes are very high, and mount up
quickly)).

Even if a person won the action, the growing
season is so short, one could not pay the taxes on what
the land could produce(in spite of that being some of
the richest soil on this planet)!10s of 1000s of
families have been TAXED OFF their homesteads there,in
the past 20-30 years.

> 3 - specialize in investing in properties bordering
> parks, nature preserves, blm, water ways, etc.
These properties are generally more remote & cheaper
to invest in than say downtown suburbs.

x-x-x-x-I am well into a land/property research
project the boundaries of which are:Mississippi River
west,to the Eastern Limit of the Mountain
Time-Zone,Canadian and Mexican border.Inside which,lie
90% of the Poorest(Lowest perCapita annual
income)counties in US.

"THE",most significant things that I have
thus-Far learned,are:There is"NO"relationship between

(1)what the annual income of the inhabitants
of"ANY"county is,and the Value of the land, where they
live)!

(2)Less than"1%"of the people living in those
counties with the"LOWEST"perCapita earnings,are able
to"Purchase"property,in the county where they live!!

(3)The few that own the property where they
live"INHERITED IT",and many of them have lost/WILL
loose it because they are unable to pay the taxes(In
our current economy)!!

(4)The same thing applies in some areas of
Hawaii(Molokai in particular),where"Native
Hawaiians",were(GIVEN)Land Grants,generations ago.

"NOW",the majority are loosing them for
inability to pay taxes.Only the Pathologically naive
could suppose that the Government that originally made
those grants,(DID NOT KNOW),that the recipients would
eventually be(Compelled)to loose them?

> 4 - join a farm co-op of sorts such as allelula
> acres or rainbow acres or simply find out where the
nearest one to you are located & network with them to
discover how they got started.

x-x-x-x-The Great Lakes & Midwest are"Loaded",with
Co-Ops of every size shape and description. However,I
have sought them out in So-Cal(Presently),to no
avail. Please refer me to an information source on this
subject.

> 5 - it also takes a minimal investment to purchase
> so called non build-able lots of land, such as a
flood zone, land locked, difficult easements, even
purchasing a cliff can become a garden community.

x-x-x-x-There are some forms of:"Prospecting
Rights"(Similar),that allow owners of those rights,to
build structures, and live on that land,as long as they
devote a certain amount of their time(annually),to
prospecting:In perpetuity,without
ever"Purchasing/Owning"the land.

The owner of the Ranch that I presently live
on in SD county,is in Australia,as I write,supervising
the "Prospecting Right Land",that he has in that
country. The average size of those parcels is:"47
Square miles"!!He has the rights to explore/Prospect
on a dozen such parcels!!That same opportunity
did/(Still May),exist in this country:"HIDDEN"in the
fine print of our laws?

> 6 - learn about land auctions, investors have become
> experts in these, we can do the same.

X-X-X-X-"IF",I am not mistaken, here in SD

information necessary to make a bid,and all the other
details of the Auction?

> 7 - above all FOLLOW YOUR HEART, because we create
> our own paradise.

x-x-x-x-Some,might suggest:Seeking out the few
remaining countries on this planet also "SEEKING
PIONEERS"?

all times and places"!
